Visionary always, but never afraid to be hands on, T2 is a great creative platform for Kenny’s entrepreneurial and technical passions.

Paula PalermoPaula Palermo, Director of Professional Services, Clinical Solutions Lead. Paula is a seasoned technology professional with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and IT fields. Trained as a mechanical engineer, Paula has worked in the corporate and consulting fields. Healthcare technology is where she’s chosen to lend her talents. In addition to her role has Director of Professional Services, Paula is a talented and empathetic consultant who often provides hands-on client workflow and training services.

Mark Pelley, Manager of Finance and Administration (and Database Guru). Mark is business solutions professional with a blend of operational and development skills gained through years of service supporting financial/operational business functions. His financial responsibilities are bolstered by over 30 years of service developing, customizing, integrating and optimizing business information systems. Mark’s experience spans accounting, operations, inventory control, CRM, and other decision-support information systems. At T2 Mark often puts his talents to work supporting our workflow projects with reporting, analysis and database expertise.

Rick Trager, Clinical Solutions Consultant. Since joining us in 2005, Rick has been a core member of our implementation and support teams at hospitals throughout the United States. Rick’s project work has touched nearly every working corner of our hospital customers’ campuses, working extensively with nursing, support services and IT to deploy and support wireless voice and messaging applications. Rick is a gifted trainer with the exceptional ability of digesting complex technologies and making them practical for end-users and support professionals alike.

Harry Jacobson, Clinical Solutions Consultant. A sought after member of our team, Harry has been providing training and onsite support services for Vocera customers since 2007. Harry’s known for his exceptional bedside manner, assisting users at all levels for an organization to get the most out of their deployments.

Renee Sivinski, Support Consultant. Since joining us in 2009, Renee has used her experience as a project manager and support professional to anchor our support/customer care team. Whether on the phone, via email, or working at customer sites, Renee goes the extra mile to ensure customer success.
